He will then either respond in person or pass the enquiry onto another member of staff where appropriate. An answering machine service may be activated during busy periods and is available outside office hours – please leave your name and number and someone will return your call. In person: Visitors are welcome to drop in to the office on weekdays between 10.00am – 4.00pm with enquiries or to collect information. Due to current demands on staff and the extensive use of our space for meetings and training, if you require assistance, want to browse the internet or read magazines etc it is recommended that you contact the office before visiting to ensure access to all that you may require.
